Key Objectives

  • Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on SoCal).
  • Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host/attend trials and events.
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based capital equipment sales tied to ROI.
  • Maintain/expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years outside sales in woodworking/CNC/industrial machinery (required).
  • Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles.
  • Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
  • Lives in Southern California; valid driver’s license; frequent regional travel.
  • Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits.

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a high-energy, success-driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales, identifying companies with woodworking machinery. You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and production leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
